摘　　要：近年来,无充气腋窝入路腔镜甲状腺手术经过国内学者的不断创新发展,得到了国内广大甲状腺外科医生和患者认可,并迅速推广应用。为了更好地推动无充气腋窝入路腔镜甲状腺手术在我国的研究和应用,中国抗癌协会甲状腺癌专业委员会、中华医学会肿瘤学分会甲状腺肿瘤专业委员会和中国研究型医院学会甲状腺疾病专业委员会组织相关专家,结合最新相关文献和多个中心的临床经验,撰写此共识,旨在为我国无充气腋窝入路腔镜甲状腺手术的规范化实施提供指导与参考。In recent years,endoscopic thyroidectomy by a gasless unilateral axillary approach(GUA)has been continuously improved and developed by domestic scholars,which has been recognized by domestic thyroid surgeons and patients,and has been rapidly popularized and applied.In order to better promote the research and application of GUA in China,Chinese Association of Thyroid Oncology(CATO),Thyroid Tumor Committee of Oncology Branch of Chinese Medical Association and Thyroid Disease Professional Committee of Chinese Research Hospital Association organized relevant experts to write this consensus based on latest relevant literatures and clinical experience of multiple centers.We hope it can provide guidance and reference for the standardized implementation of GUA in China.
