六种非木材原料的开发及其制浆性能分析

摘　　要：通过野外采样、实验室分析等手段筛选出六种非木材植物原料,详尽地分析了六种植物的生物结构、纤维形态、化学成分及官能团组成;并通过考察所选植物的硫酸盐法蒸煮工艺,分析了六种植物原料的制浆可行性且初步探讨了其制浆工艺。Six kinds of non-wood plants were selected by means of field sampling and laboratory analysis.The biological structure,fiber morphology,chemical composition and functional group composition of the raw materials were analyzed in detail.By investigating the sulfate cooking process,the pulping feasibility of the selected raw materials was analyzed and the optimal method was determined.
