奥氮平和利培酮对精神分裂症患者记忆功能及认知功能的干预价值

摘　　要：目的:探究奥氮平和利培酮对精神分裂症患者记忆功能及认知功能的干预价值。方法:选取本院2018年11月-2020年8月收治的84例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分组为观察组和对照组,各42例。观察组采用奥氮平,对照组采用利培酮治疗,两组均用药12周,采用韦氏记忆量表(WMS-R)评价两组治疗前后的记忆功能,并对其进行P300电位测定,对比两组治疗前后靶刺激潜伏期和波幅情况。结果:两组治疗后的长时记忆、短时记忆、瞬时记忆、记忆商评分均升高,且与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后两组对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的P300电位靶刺激波幅增大,潜伏期缩短,与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后两组靶刺激波幅、靶刺激潜伏期对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥氮平能够有效改善精神分裂症患者的记忆功能及认知功能,作用与利培酮相近,临床可根据情况选择所用药物。Objective:To explore the intervention value of Olanzapine and Risperidone on memory function and congnitive function of patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 84 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to August 2020 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Olanzapine,while the control group was treated with Risperidone.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Wechsler memory scale (WMS-R) was used to evaluate the memory function of the two groups before and after treatment,and P300 potential was measured for them,and the latency and amplitude of target stimulation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The scores of long-term memory,short-term memory,instantaneous memory and memory quotient of the two groups increased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment (P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the amplitude of target stimulation of P300 potential in the two groups increased and the latency shortened,with statistically significant differences compared with before treatment (P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the amplitude and latency of target stimulation between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Olanzapine can effectively improve the memory function of patients with schizophrenia,and its effect is similar to Risperidone,drugs in clinical can be selected according to the situation.
