白内障非超乳小切口与超声乳化术的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障非超乳小切口手术(以下简称"小切口术")与超声乳化术治疗白内障的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年8月于本院行白内障手术治疗的患者107例,以随机法分为A组54例,予以超声乳化术治疗;B组53例,予以小切口术治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer)结果及并发症发生率。结果:A组的治疗总有效率(98.15%)高于B组(84.91%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.089,P=0.014)。A组泪液分泌量(6.37±0.38)mm/5 min,基础泪液量(4.82±0.54)ml与泪膜破裂时间(6.59±0.54)s,均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(泪液分泌量:t=24.833,P=0.001;基础泪液量:t=19.377,P=0.001;泪膜破裂时间:t=11.106,P=0.001);A组的并发症率(3.70%)低于B组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.112,P=0.024)。结论:白内障患者行超声乳化术治疗的效果优于小切口术,其有助于改善眼部功能,减少并发症,疗效确切。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of non-phacoemulsification small incision surgery (hereinafter referred to as "small incision") and phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract.Method:A total of 107 patients who underwent cataract surgery in our hospital from May 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into group A (54 cases) and treated with phacoemulsification,group B (53 cases) was treated with small incision.The total effective rate of treatment,tear film rupture time,tear secretion test (SchiemerⅠ) time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in group A (98.15%) was higher than that in group B (84.91%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=6.089,P=0.014).The tear flow (6.37±0.38) mm/5 min,basic tear volume (4.82±0.54) ml and tear film rupture time (6.59±0.54) s in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (tear flow:t=24.833,P=0.001;basic tear volume:t=19.377,P=0.001;tear film rupture time:t=11.106,P=0.001).The total complication rate (3.70%) in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=5.112,P=0.024).Conclusion:The effect of phacoemulsification treatment for cataract patients is better than that of small incision surgery,which is helpful to improve ocular function and reduce complications.And the curative effect is definite.
