活髓切断术对儿童恒前牙外伤性冠折的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析儿童恒前牙外伤性冠折的临床治疗措施及治疗效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年1月漳州市中医院105例儿童恒前牙外伤性冠折患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=53)。对照组选择应用根管治疗,观察组则应用活髓切断术。比较两组手术成功率、术后并发症发生情况及疼痛程度。结果:术前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3 d和术后1周,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活髓切断术治疗儿童恒前牙外伤性冠折的临床效果较好,手术成功率和安全性均较高,在临床实践过程中值得借鉴推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment measures and treatment effects of traumatic crown fractures of permanent anterior teeth in children.Method:A total of 105 children with traumatic crown fracture of permanent anterior teeth in Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=53)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with root canal therapy,and the observation group was treated with pulpotomy.The surgery success rate,postoperative complications and pain degree were compared between two groups.Result:Before surgery,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between two groups(P>0.05);3 d after surgery and 1 week after surgery,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of pulpotomy in the treatment of traumatic crown fracture of permanent anterior teeth in children is good,with high success rate and safety,which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
