摘 要:近年来,生物菌肥在蔬菜、粮食等农作物生产中的应用越来越广泛,为探究FM-生物菌肥对马铃薯微型薯生长及品质的影响,本研究通过追施不同浓度的FM-生物菌肥,检测了马铃薯微型薯的生长指标、粒数分级及光合作用相关参数,探究不同浓度FM-生物菌肥处理对马铃薯微型薯产量及合格率的影响。结果表明,稀释倍数为500倍时,FM-生物菌肥对马铃薯微型薯生长的促进效果最明显,其株高、茎粗、叶厚等生长参数均为最高,合格粒数达到763.6粒,合格率达到95.4%;其次为稀释600倍和400倍的;稀释300倍时促进作用不明显。In recent years,biological bacterial fertilizer is more and more widely used in the production of vegetables,grain and other crops.In order to explore the effect of FM-biological fertilizer on the growth and quality of mini-potato,this study detected the growth index,grain number classification and photosynthesis related parameters of mini-potato by applying different concentrations of FM-biological fertilizer,and explored the effect of different concentrations of FM-biological fertilizer on the yield and qualified rate of mini-potato.The results showed that when the dilution ratio was 500 times,FM-biological bacterial fertilizer had the most obvious effect on the growth of mini-potato.Plant height,stem diameter,leaf thickness and other growth parameters were the highest,the qualified number of potato reached 763.6,and the qualified rate reached 95.4%.The second was the dilution ratio of 600 times and 400 times,and when diluted 300 times,the promoting effect was not obvious.
