摘 要:为研究海洋油气输送用钢带缠绕增强复合管(SSRTP)在扭转载荷下的结构响应特性,考虑非线性接触,建立钢带缠绕增强复合管数值计算模型,揭示了SSRTP在扭转载荷作用下的内层PE管失效机理;研究在内外压及拉伸载荷组合作用下复合管的扭转变形及承载性能并进行参数分析。结果表明:SSRTP在组合纯扭转载荷作用下的载荷位移关系分线性阶段和非线性阶段,且在非线性阶段管道刚度随着位移的增大而降低。研究结果可为钢带缠绕增强复合管的设计、制造及安全评价提供理论依据。In order to study the structural response characteristics of the steel strip reinforced thermoplastic pipe(SSRTP)under torsional load for offshore oil and gas transportation,considering the nonlinear contact,a numerical calculation model of the steel tape wound reinforced composite pipe was established,which revealed the internal characteristics of SSRTP under torsional load.The torsional deformation and bearing performance of the composite pipe under the combined action of internal and external pressure and tensile load are studied and the parameters are analyzed.The results show that the load-displacement relationship of SSRTP under combined pure torsional load can be divided into linear stage and nonlinear stage,and in the nonlinear stage,the pipeline stiffness decreases with the increase of displacement.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design,manufacture and safety evaluation of steel strip winding reinforced composite pipe.
