排比修辞在《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷中的应用及翻译

摘　　要：《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷及其英译本存在大量排比修辞的应用。《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷中主要运用了词语排比、短语排比、句子排比和段落排比四个种类,英译本XI JINPING THE GOVERNANCE OF CHINA Ⅲ对这些排比句的翻译技巧包括:保留排比句式,基本按原文照译;打破排比句式,按英文表达习惯重新组合;忽略中文的排比,按照英文习惯翻译。这些排比修辞的应用及翻译,既体现了习近平总书记发人深省、令人信服、形象生动的语言特点,更体现了他作为中国国家领导人的修养与气度。The Third Volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China and its English translation have a lot of application of parallelism rhetoric. In the Third Volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, there are mainly four types of parallelism: words parallelism, phrases parallelism, sentences parallelism and paragraphs parallelism. The English translation version XI JINPING THE GOVERNANCE OF CHINA Ⅲ translated these parallelisms by using the following translation skills: keeping the parallelism pattern and making a direct translation or word to word translation according to the original text;breaking the parallelism and recombining it according to the English expression rules;neglecting the Chinese parallelism and translating it with corresponding English idiom or English expression. The use of these parallelisms and their translation not only reflect Xi Jinping’s thought-provoking, convincing and vivid language characteristics, but also reflect his self-cultivation and noble bearing as China’s leader.
