新加坡世界一流大学学生事务工作与启示——以新加坡国立大学和南洋理工大学为例

摘　　要：一流人才的培养需要一流的学生服务与管理体系为支撑。以全人发展为核心的工作理念及系统的学生事务管理模式、服务内容与机制保障是新加坡国立大学和南洋理工大学培养一流人才、打造世界一流大学的基石。通过比较中新学生事务工作,可以得出我国在推进"双一流"建设中高校学生事务工作需要进一步明确学生角色定位,深化全面发展的工作理念;发挥协同协力效应,完善科学理性的管理机制;构建全方位育人环境,丰富多元融合的工作内容;强化技术评估手段,做好工作质量保障。The cultivation of first-class talents requires the support of first-class student services and management system, and the first-class student affairs management system plays a key role in the cultivation of higher education talents and the construction of first-class universities. The working philosophy that focuses on whole-person development, the systematic student affairs management model, service content, mechanism guarantee are the cornerstones of NUS and NTU to cultivate first-class talents and build a world-class university. By comparing the student affairs in China and Singapore, we can conclude that in order to promote the construction of first-class universities and disciplines of the world in China, the student affairs in universities need to further clarify the role of students, deepen the working concept of promoting students’ all-round development bring into play the synergy effect to improve the scientific and rational management mechanism;Furthermore, it should also builds an all-round nurturing environment, enriches the diversified and integrated work contents, strengthens the technical assessment means and ensures the quality of work.
