摘　　要：为了解和掌握高职医学院校学生法治素养教育的现状,开展问卷调研,从学校和学生两方面探讨高职医学生法治素养培育中遇到的问题,为增强高职医学院校学生的法治素养培育的水平,提出了相应的对策,丰富一课堂“课堂教学”、搭建二课堂“职业实践”、重视三课堂“校园文化”,最终构建针对高职医学院校学生法治素养教育的三课堂全方位育人模式,从而改善高职医学生法治素养培育的现状,提升高职医学院校学生法治素养培育的水平。In order to understand and master the current situation of legal literacy education of higher vocational medical college students, carry out questionnaire survey, explore the problems encountered in the cultivation of legal literacy of higher vocational medical students from the two aspects of schools and students, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to enhance the cultivation level of legal literacy of higher vocational medical college students, so as to enrich "classroom teaching" in the first classroom and build "professional practice" in the second classroom Pay attention to the three classroom "campus culture",and finally build a three classroom all-round education model for the legal literacy education of higher vocational medical college students, so as to improve the current situation of the cultivation of legal literacy of higher vocational medical students and improve the level of the cultivation of legal literacy of Higher Vocational Medical college students.
