分析牙髓根尖周病患者行不同根充糊剂治疗的疗效

摘　　要：目的为提高牙髓根尖周病患者治疗效果,分析探究根尖周病患者行不同根充糊剂治疗的临床疗效。方法选择我院于2018年8月至2019年8月在我院就诊治疗的80例进行根管填充治疗的牙髓根尖患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组(n=40,采用传统根充糊剂进行治疗)和观察组(n=40,采用Vitapex糊剂进行治疗)。收集两组患者经过治疗的临床信息并加以分析,对两组患者在治疗完成后的治疗有效率、疼痛评分(VAS)以及治疗满意度3个方面进行对比分析。结果对比对照组及观察组的治疗有效率显示,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对比对照组及观察组的疼痛评分(VAS)显示,观察组治疗后疼痛评分(VAS)显然低于对照组(P<0.05);对比对照组及观察组的治疗满意度显示,观察组治疗满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙髓根尖周病患者行不同根充糊剂治疗的临床疗效也不尽相同,相比传统根充糊剂治疗,Vitapex糊剂治疗效果更佳显著,提高了治疗有效率,具有临床推广实践价值。Objective In order to improve the treatment effect of patients with Pulpal apical disease,the clinical effects of different root filling pastes in patients with Pulpal apical disease were analyzed.Methods Eighty patients with endodontic root tips treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into control group(n=40,treated with traditional root canal filling paste)and observation group(n=40,treated with Vitapex paste)according to different treatment methods.The clinical information of the two groups after treatment was collected and analyzed.The treatment efficiency,pain score(VAS)and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The treatment effectiveness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score(VAS)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the treatment satisfaction of the control group and the observation group,the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of different root-filling agents is different in patients with Pulpal apical diseases of dental pulp.Compared with traditional root-filling agents,the effect of Vitapex-filling agents is better,the treatment efficiency is improved,and it has the value of clinical popularization.
