摘　　要：公益支出是反映大学基金会使用社会资源实现公益使命的重要指标。基于大学基金会的面板数据的实证分析表明,在影响基金会组织绩效(公益支出比重)的内外环境因素中,省域基金会的捐赠资源和组织密度与组织绩效呈负相关;基金规模、基金会年龄与组织绩效负相关,而校友会规模、“985”高校背景与组织绩效正相关。研究结论和对策建议对促进大学基金会群体组织绩效的结构优化具有积极意义。Public welfare expenditure is an important indicator that reflects the use of social resources by university foundations to achieve public welfare missions.The empirical analysis of the panel data shows that among the internal and external environmental factors that affect the organizational performance of these foundations(the proportion of public welfare spending),the donation resources and organizational density of provincial foundations are negatively correlated with organizational performance.The foundation size and foundation age are negatively correlated with organizational performance,while the alumni size and the 985 university background are positively correlated with organizational performance.
