摘  要:基于芳纶纸蜂窝板的结构特点,采用穿透法对侧检测模式的空气耦合超声C扫描技术,对影响蜂窝复合材料整体质量的夹芯缺陷进行无损成像检测。分析了纸蜂窝复合材料良好的物理特性,对无缺陷超声信号进行滤波处理、特征提取以及信噪比分析,确定滤波次数及成像参数。结果表明:经过16次平均降噪处理之后,选取时域最大值作为C扫描的成像参数,能够快速、有效、清晰地对纸蜂窝复合材料中的缺陷进行成像检测。Based on the structural characteristics of aramid paper honeycomb panel,the air coupled ultrasonic C-scan technology of penetration opposite side detection mode is used to detect the sandwich defects affecting the overall quality of honeycomb composites.The good physical properties of paper honeycomb composites were analyzed.The defect free ultrasonic signal was filtered,and feature extracted and signal-to-noise ratio was analyzed to determine the filtering times and imaging parameters.The results show that after 16 times of average noise reduction,selecting the time domain maximum as the imaging parameter of C-scan can image and detect the defects in paper honeycomb composites quickly,effectively and clearly.
