摘 要:环状RNA作为一种新型RNA,广泛存在于真核细胞中,是具有稳定闭合环结构的RNA分子。环状RNA因其表达特异性、稳定性成为肿瘤研究领域的热点。环状RNA参与了结直肠癌细胞增殖、凋亡、转移等病理过程,与结直肠癌的发生发展、治疗、预后预测及耐药性密切相关。本文介绍了环状RNA的生物特性、生物学功能及其在结直肠癌领域的最新研究进展,旨在初步明确结直肠癌的发病机制,发现新的诊断、预后生物标志物及治疗靶点,为改善耐药性及发展精确医疗提供新的思路。Circular RNA(circRNA),a new type of RNA,is widely found in eukaryotic cells and is an RNA molecule with a stable closed-loop structure.CircRNA has become the focus of tumor research because of its specific expression and stability.At present,a large number of studies have shown that circRNA is involved in the pathological processes such as proliferation,apoptosis and metastasis of colorectal cancer cells,and is closely related to the occurrence and development,treatment,prognosis prediction and drug resistance of colorectal cancer.This paper reviewed the biological properties and biological functions of circRNA and its latest research progress in the field of colorectal cancer,aiming at providing preliminary clarification of the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,discovery of new diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets,and providing new ideas for improving drug resistance and developing precision medicine.
