摘  要:非酒精性脂肪肝(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是目前最常见的肝脏慢性疾病,以胰岛素抵抗和脂肪蓄积为主要特征的代谢紊乱是其最主要表现。肠道微生物和昼夜节律在调控机体代谢稳态中均扮演了重要角色,且二者还可以相互影响,共同参与机体代谢过程的多个方面,这与NAFLD的发生发展密切相关。此外,靶向肠道微生物、昼夜节律来诊断和治疗NAFLD也显示出一定的临床运用前景。为此,本文综述了肠道微生物、昼夜节律对代谢的影响及其在NAFLD中的作用,为NAFLD的发病机制和诊治提供新的视角。Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the most common chronic liver disease at present.Metabolic disorders mainly characterized by insulin resistance and fat accumulation are the most important features of NAFLD.Both intestinal microbiota and circadian rhythms play important roles in the regulation of metabolic homeostasis of the body,and they can interact with each other and jointly participate in many aspects of the metabolic process of the body,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of NAFLD.In addition,there is a clinical prospect for the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD by targeting intestinal microbiota and circadian rhythm.In this review,we will summarize the effects of intestinal microbiota and circadian rhythm on metabolism and their roles in NAFLD.This will provide a new perspective for the pathogenesis of NAFLD,as well as for its diagnosis and treatment.
