摘  要:目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中细胞分裂周期蛋白20(CDC20)、拓扑异构酶ⅡA(TOP2A)、有丝分裂相关激酶2(NEK2)蛋白的表达与患者临床病理特征的相关性。方法选择2018年4月至2020年8月邯郸市第一医院收治的112例食管鳞状细胞癌患者为研究对象,所有患者行食管癌根治性手术,留取食管鳞状细胞癌组织、癌旁组织及正常食管组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测食管鳞状细胞癌组织、癌旁组织及正常食管组织中CDC20、TOP2A、NEK2蛋白的表达,并分析CDC20、TOP2A、NEK2蛋白的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织中CDC20、TOP2A、NEK2蛋白表达显著高于癌旁组织和正常食管组织(P<0.05),癌旁组织中CDC20、TOP2A、NEK2蛋白表达显著高于正常食管组织(P<0.05)。CDC20、TOP2A、NEK2蛋白的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤直径及肿瘤位置无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴转移、肿瘤组织分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论食管鳞状细胞癌组织中CDC20、TOP2A、NEK2蛋白均呈高表达,且其蛋白表达水平与食管鳞状细胞癌的TNM分期、淋巴转移及肿瘤组织分化程度有关,检测CDC20、TOP2A、NEK2蛋白表达水平有助于评估食管鳞状细胞癌患者的病情进展及预后。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of cell division cycle 20(CDC20),topoisomerase IIA(TOP2 A),NIMA-related kinase 2(NEK2) and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 112 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma treated in Handan First Hospital from April 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent radical surgery for esophageal cancer, and the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, adjacent tissues and normal esophageal tissues were retained.The expression of CDC20,TOP2 A and NEK2 proteins in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, adjacent tissues and normal esophageal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between the expression of CDC20,TOP2 A and NEK2 proteins and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed.Results The expressions of CDC20,TOP2 A and NEK2 proteins in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues and normal esophageal tissues(P<0.05),and the expressions of CDC20,TOP2 A and NEK2 proteins in adjacent tissues were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of CDC20,TOP2 A and NEK2 proteins were not related to the gender, age, tumor diameter and tumor location in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P>0.05),they were related to the TNM stage, lymphatic metastasis and tumor tissue differentiation(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of CDC20,TOP2 A and NEK2 proteins were up-regulated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, and their expression levels were related to the TNM stage, lymphatic metastasis and tumor tissue differentiation.Detecting the expression levels of CDC20,TOP2 A and NEK2 proteins is helpful to evaluate the disease progression and prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
