摘 要:在当前高校思想政治理论课教学中,存在着两种主流的师生关系结构形式。一种是以教师为绝对主导的单一结构形式,另一种是以学生为主体的互动结构形式。这两种关系结构形式可以说各具优缺点。然而,针对思想政治理论课的内在本质规定性及日益多元的学生主体和纷繁复杂的思想文化现象,这两种关系结构模式都难以满足当下的教学需求。因此,需要推动思想政治理论课教学中师生关系结构形式转型。在对已有两种关系结构形式利弊分析的基础上,尝试提出一种新的模式,即在教师与学生之间建立一种权威与平等的动态平衡,实现互动结构形式的内在张力,以满足新时期高校思想政治理论课教学需求。In the current teaching of ideological and political theory courses at colleges and universities,there are two mainstream forms of teacher-student relationship structure.One is a single structural form that is absolutely dominated by teachers,and the other is an interactive structural form that is mainly composed of students.These two types of relationship structures can be said to have advantages and disadvantages.However,in view of the inherent nature of ideological and political theory classes,the increasingly diverse student body and the complicated ideological and cultural phenomena,these two relationship structure models are difficult to meet the current teaching needs.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the transformation of the teacher-student relationship structure in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses.Based on the analysis of the pros and cons of the two existing relationship structure forms,we try to propose a new model,that is,to establish a dynamic balance between authority and equality between teachers and students to achieve the inherent tension of the interactive structure form and to meet the teaching needs of ideological and political theory courses at colleges and universities in the new era.
