摘　　要：房地产行业是我国经济增长的支柱产业,对我国经济的健康发展有着重要影响。国内政策偏向收紧住房市场调控,这些无疑都给房地产行业带来了巨大的挑战。选取华远地产作为研究对象,采用哈佛分析框架的研究方法,结合财务战略、指标和质量评价,分析了华远地产财务情况,以期能对房地产行业健康发展有所帮助。The real estate industry is the pillar industry of China's economic growth,which has an important impact on the healthy development of China's economy.Domestic policies tend to tighten the regulation of the housing market,which undoubtedly brings huge challenges to this industry.Taking Huayuan Real Estate Co.Ltd.as the research object,using Harvard analysis framework as the research method,combined with financial strategy,indicators and quality evaluation,this paper analyzes the financial situation of Huayuan Real Estate Co.Ltd.in the hope of contributing to the healthy development of the real estate industry.
