摘　　要：党的十九届五中全会强调,坚持创新在我国现代化建设全局中的核心地位,把科技自立自强作为国家发展的战略支撑。面对新一轮科技革命,国有科技型企业要发挥好其创新主体作用,增强自主创新能力,成为国家坚持创新驱动,推动创新创造的主力军。本文分析了某国有科技型企业创新力现状,分析制约该类科技型企业创新力发展的主要问题,提出了一系列改进措施,以期为提高该类科技型企业创新力提供有益参考。The Fifth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized that innovation is at the core of the overall situation of my country's modernization drive,and scientific and technological self-reliance is regarded as a strategic support for national development.Facing the new round of scientific and technological revolution,state-owned technology-based enterprises must give full play to their main role in innovation,enhance their independent innovation capabilities,and become the country's main force in adhering to innovation-driven and promoting innovation and creation.This paper analyzes the current situation of the innovation ability of a state-owned technology enterprise,analyzes the main problems restricting the development of the innovation ability of this type of technology enterprise,and proposes a series of improvement measures in order to provide a useful reference for improving the innovation ability of this type of technology enterprise.
