摘 要:为避免车身刚度设计出现突变或不连续的情况,本文探究了均匀应变能密度法在车身结构刚度设计的应用。首先,对车身关键区域进行划分,分析不同加载工况下车身结构不同区域的应变能密度,并获取其承载系数;其次,根据承载系数的大小对重点关注区域进行刚度调整;最后,基于均匀应变能密度设计准则进行结构更改,调整刚度,使得整体结构刚度均匀连续。优化结果表明调整后结构承载系数出现了一定程度的下降,验证了基于均匀应变能密度设计准则的车身刚度设计的有效性。In order to avoid the abrupt change or discontinuous in body stiff ness design,In this paper,we explore the applications of body structural stiff ness design based on homogeneous strain energy density.Firstly,classifying the key area of vehicle body,The strain energy densities of diff erent parts of body structure under diff erent loading conditions were analyzed,And acquire its load coeffi cient;Secondly,according to the load coeffi cient,the stiff ness of the key area is adjusted;Finally,The structural modifi cation and stiff ness adjustment Based on homogeneous strain energy density criterion,make the stiff ness of whole vehicle body structural is more homogeneous.Optimization results show that the load coeffi cient of structure has dropped to a certain extent after adjustment,which verifi es the eff ectiveness of body stiff ness design based on homogeneous strain energy density criterion.
