摘  要:翻转支架是各行各业中一种常用的机械结构。基于这种连杆机构的传动原理,设计了一种窗户翻转支架,实现了窗户的180°翻转,解决了现有窗扇开启角度小、清洗难度大等问题,并且利用UG软件完成了翻转支架的三维建模及运动仿真,同时建立了此窗户翻转支架的矢量模型,利用MATLAB软件完成了运动规律的分析和计算,分析了关键点的运动轨迹,可为机构设计工作所需的参数提供理论依据。此翻转支架结构简单、成本低、传动平稳、便于窗扇内外侧清洗,能够满足窗户采光换气的基本功能,有一定的实际应用价值。The turnover support is a common mechanical structure in all walks of life.Based on the transmission principle of a connecting rod mechanism,this paper designs a window turnover support,which can realize the 180°turnover of the window,solve the problems of small opening angle of the existing window sash and difficult window cleaning,and complete the threedimensional modeling and motion simulation of the turnover support by using UG.At the same time,the vector model of the window turnover support is established,the motion law is analyzed and calculated by MATLAB software,and the motion trajectory of the key points is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the working parameters required by the mechanism design.The turnover support has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,stable transmission,convenient cleaning of the inner and outer sides of the window sash,can meet the basic functions of window lighting and ventilation,and has certain practical application value.
