山东省低空空域资源现状及特征分析

摘　　要：低空空域资源是制约我国通用航空产业发展的一项重要因素。因此,充分分析低空空域资源的现状和特征是解决我国通航产业发展难题的关键。本文以山东省为例,深入分析了山东省空域资源特点和空中交通态势,并总结了山东省通航可用低空空域资源特征及其可利用性,从而为山东省乃至全国的通航低空空域资源合理利用提供决策依据。Low altitude airspace resource is an important factor restricting the development of China's general aviation industry.Therefore,the key to solve the development problem of China's navigation industry is fully analysis of the current situation and characteristics of low altitude airspace resources.Taking Shandong Province as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of airspace resources and air traffic situation in Shandong Province,and also summarizes the characteristics and availability of the available low altitude airspace resources in Shandong Province,so as to provide decision-making basis for the reasonable utilization of the low altitude airspace resources in Shandong Province and even in the whole country.
