摘　　要：专业化战略不仅仅是一种战略类型,更是一种精神、一种情怀、一种境界。将专业化战略从理论与实践层面上升到价值与精神层面,从勇于取舍的决断精神、持之以恒的专注精神、百折不挠的坚韧精神、追求极致的工匠精神、经得起诱惑的坚守精神等五个方面剖析专业化战略所蕴含的精神内涵及思想价值,以期为企业战略运行提供精神力量与思想资源。Specialization strategy is not only a strategic type,but also a spirit,a feeling and a realm.This paper raises the specialization strategy from the theoretical and practical level to the value and spiritual level,and analyzes the spiritual connotation and ideological value contained in the specialization strategy from five aspects,namely,the spirit of bold decision-making,the spirit of perseverance,the spirit of perseverance,the spirit of pursuing the ultimate craftsman,and the spirit of enduring temptation.It provides spiritual strength and ideological resources for the strategic operation of enterprises.
