援疆工作中教育干部培训项目运行程序研究

摘　　要：教育干部培训项目是教育援疆的重点工作之一,其项目运行程序的主要特征是在传统培训基础上注重实践、突出特色。设计者在认真分析项目实施各环节结构特征的基础上,设计以研修任务驱动与后续追踪问效为主要运行策略,以理论学习与实践指导相融合为支撑的运行程序,在实践中取得了良好效果。Education leader training project is one of the key work of education aid to Xinjiang.The main feature of its project operation procedure is to pay attention to practice and highlight characteristics based on traditional training.Based on the careful analysis of the structural characteristics of each link of the project im-plementation,the designer designs the operation program with the research task driving and follow-up tracking as the main operation strategy and the integration of theoretical learning and practical guidance as the support,which has achieved good results in practice.
