信息时代的时间病理学分析——以时间现象学与技术现象学为视角

摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展和生活方式的转变,现代人的时间经验发生了巨大变化,这种变化很大程度上呈现出一种病理学症状。由于时间经验方式构成了人的原初生活世界的基础,因而其时间病理学的变化就直接关联着现代人的精神危机。自康德以来的时间现象学对时间经验的构成及其运作进行了深入细致的分析,因而能够作为分析诊断该时间病理学结构的有效工具。通过康德、海德格尔和利科的时间现象学相关概念,以及斯蒂格勒的技术现象学相关概念,信息技术对现代时间经验的威胁可被描述为使时间生产机制受阻。这导致了先验想象力的生产性的丧失,对此,我们应以反思和节制的态度使用信息技术,以克服其技术毒性,包括:必须控制信息摄入的密度、强度和频率;增强主体的信息消化能力;确保信息介质的多元以中和彼此的毒性,等等。With the development of information technology and the transformation of life style,the time experience of modern people has changed greatly,which,to a large extent,presents a pathological symptom. Since the way of time experience constitutes the basis of man’s original living world,the change of its time pathology is directly related to the spiritual crisis of modern man. Since Kant,the phenomenology of time has been an effective tool to analyze and diagnose the pathological structure of time,because of its careful analysis of the structure and operation of time experience. Through concepts related to the phenomenology of time by Kant,Heidegger and Ricoeur,as well as those related to the phenomenology of technology by Stiegler,the threat of information technology to the modern experience of time can be described as obstructing the mechanism of time production,which leads to the loss of the productivity of the transcendental imagination. In this regard,we should use information technology in a reflective and moderate manner to overcome its technical toxicity,such as controlling the density,intensity and frequency of information intake;enhancing the subject’s ability to digest information;and ensuring the diversity of information media to neutralize each other’s toxicity,and so on.
