摘　　要：在汽车动力学控制的过程中,准确获取轮速信息至关重要。针对磁电式轮速传感器信号处理电路稳定性差、无法自检和车速门槛值高(>4km/h)等问题,设计了一种结构简单且具有自检功能的模拟/数字混合的电路;同时针对硬件电路不能处理轮速异常点以及低速时轮速信号频繁地波动等问题,结合电路设计原理利用卡尔曼滤波器对轮速信号进行滤波处理。硬件电路与卡尔曼滤波算法联合处理轮速信号,具有结构简单、成本低、鲁棒性良好等特点。In the process of vehicle dynamics control,the accurate acquisition of wheel speed information is very important.Aiming at the problems of the signal processing circuit of magnetoelectric wheel speed sensor,such as poor stability,self inspection and high threshold value(>4km/h),a kind of analog/digital hybrid circuit with simple structure and self checking function is designed.At the same time,aiming at the problems that hardware circuit can not deal with wheel speed abnormal points and frequent fluctuation of wheel speed signal at low speed,Kalman filter is used in combination with circuit design principle The wave filter is used to filter the wheel speed signal.
