摘 要:塔里木大学机械设计课程设计历年多以减速箱为设计题目,且多基于传统计算、设计与校核方法,侧重理论分析。本文针对传统机械设计课程设计存在的弊端进行思考与分析,尝试结合学科竞赛中工程训练综合能力竞赛主题为设计题目,集理论分析、虚拟样机、零件加工、实物组装与调试任务于一体。该教学方法可增强学生思考与独立设计能力,进而提高综合素质,为后续参与学科竞赛、毕业设计乃至更好适应社会工作打好基础。Over the years,the course design of mechanical design in Tarim University mostly takes the reducer as the design topic,and is mostly based on the traditional calculation,design and verification methods,focusing on theoretical analysis.This paper considers and analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional mechanical design course design,and tries to combine the theme of the comprehensive ability competition of engineering training in the discipline competition as the design topic,which integrates the tasks of theoretical analysis,virtual prototype,part processing,physical assembly and debugging.This teaching method can enhance students'thinking and independent design ability,and then improve their comprehensive quality,so as to lay a good foundation for subsequent participation in discipline competition,graduation design and even better adaptation to social work.
