摘　　要：公司的创新绩效受到知识整合产生的积极作用的促进;在知识整合、关系治理和创新绩效三者的关系中,联合求解起到了显著的中介作用;在公司绩效受到知识整合积极促进的过程中,联合求解发挥了中介作用,其在外部知识整合促进公司创新绩效的过程中发挥了完全中介作用,在内部知识整合促进公司创新绩效的过程中发挥了部分中介作用。After investigating the sample number of 337 enterprises to verify the assumptions in the stud-y, the final conclusions are as follows: the company’s innovation performance is promoted by the positivee ffect of knowledge integration;In the relationship among knowledge integration, relationship governanceand innovation performance, joint solution plays a significant intermediary role;In the process of the pos-i tive promotion of corporate performance by knowledge integration, joint solution plays an intermediaryrole. It plays the complete intermediary role in the process of external knowledge integration’s promotingc orporate innovation performance, and plays a partial intermediary role in the internal knowledge integra-tion’s promoting corporate innovation performance.
