摘  要:研究缺气保用轮胎胎圈轮廓设计对就位气压的影响。以245/45RF18轮胎为例,利用有限元分析方法对4种胎圈轮廓设计方案进行分析,通过充气状态下胎圈接触压力分布云图、接触压力分布曲线及实测就位气压的对比,找出影响就位气压的关键因子,从4个方案中选出改善就位气压的最佳设计方案。结果表明,胎圈角度和轮胎着合直径是影响轮胎就位气压的关键因子,胎圈角度减小、着合直径增大,轮胎就位气压减小。The effect of the bead profile design on the mounting pressure of run-flat tire was studied.Taking 245/45RF18 tire as an example,four bead design schemes were analyzed by finite element analysis method.Through the comparison of the bead contact pressure distribution nephogram,contact pressure distribution curve and measured mounting pressure under inflation,the key factors affecting the mounting pressure were obtained,and the best design scheme among the four was selected to improve the mounting pressure condition.The results showed that the bead angle and tire seating diameter were the key factors affecting the tire mounting pressure.When the bead angle decreased and tire seating diameter increased,the tire mounting pressure decreased.
