摘 要:针对水培菜生长过程中对光照强度、环境温湿度及营养液的不同需求,设计了一种微型水培人工气候箱环境监控系统,可用于家庭园艺或餐厅农场。基于STM32F103ZET6控制器,设计了系统相关硬件电路及系统控制程序,主要包括外部环境检测模块、外部环境调节模块、营养液检测模块、营养液调节模块、LCD显示及按键模块及上位机显示界面。用户可实时监测微型人工气候箱中的光照强度、温湿度以及营养液的pH(酸碱度)值、EC(电导率)值、DO(溶解氧)值和主要养分离子浓度,相关执行机构工作,可将各环境参数自动调节至标准阈值内,由上位机界面显示各环境参数的变化情况。系统运行测试结果表明:系统能够在15min内完成对作物生长所需各项环境参数的调节,为作物生长提供稳定可靠的环境条件,同时可监测所得主要养分离子浓度的变化情况,为后续研究作物生长养分吸收规律和养分动态管理提供依据。Hydroponics mode is very popular in greenhouse leafy vegetable cultivation.According to its requirements for different growth parameters of light intensity,environmental temperature and humidity,and nutrient solution,a miniature artificial climate box hydroponic environment monitoring system is designed,which can be used for home gardening.Or restaurant farm.The system is based on the STM32 controller,which mainly includes an external environment detection module,an external environment adjustment module,a nutrient solution detection module,a nutrient solution adjustment module,an LCD display module and an upper computer display interface.It can monitor the light intensity,temperature and humidity in the miniature artificial climate chamber in real time,as well as the pH value,EC value,DO value and main nutrient ion concentration of the nutrient solution.The relevant actuator works and can automatically adjust various environmental parameters to standard values.The interface displays the changes of various environmental parameters.The system operation test results show that the system can quickly adjust various environmental parameters required for crop growth,and provide stable and reliable environmental conditions for crop growth.At the same time,monitoring the changes in the concentration of the main nutrient segregants obtained will be a follow-up study of crop growth nutrients.The law of absorption provides a basis.
