摘 要:对种子烘干过程进行分析,根据种子烘干过程技术需求,设计了一种利用热空气进行烘干、冷空气进行冷却的二级种子烘干机,并利用UG进行种子烘干机三维结构设计。通过对烘干过程进行实验,结果表明:当种子烘干生产效率一定、烘干失水率最大时,烘干最佳温度为70℃,最佳空气流速为20m/s,最佳分级内孔直径为140mm,可为种子烘干机的应用及烘干工艺的制定提供参考。In this paper,through the analysis of seed drying process,according to the technical requirements of seed drying process,a two-stage seed dryer using hot air for drying and cold air for cooling was designed,and the three-dimensional structure of seed dryer was designed by UG.Through the experiment on the drying process,it is determined that when the production efficiency of seed drying is constant and the drying water loss rate is the maximum,the optimal drying temperature is 70℃,the optimal air flow rate is 20m/s,and the optimal grading inner hole diameter is 140mm,which provides reference for the application of seed dryer and the formulation of drying process.
