摘　　要：目的评价应用博来霉素(BLM)个性化多点局部注射治疗眼眶前部静脉性血管畸形(VM)的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性临床研究。分析解放军总医院第三医学中心博来霉素注射治疗的眼眶前部血管畸形的患者共29例(29只眼)。结果本研究总有效率为100%,显效率为80%,注射次数2~5次,平均3.4次。术后并发症少且症状较轻。结论博来霉素个性化多点局部注射治疗眼睑眶周血管畸形安全有效,可作为眼睑眶周皮肤血管畸形的一线治疗方式。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of personalized multi-point local injection of bleomycin(BLM)for the treatment of anterior orbital venous vascular malformation(VM).Methods Retrospective case study.A total of 29 cases with anterior orbital vascular malformation treated by bleomycin injection at the third medical center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The total efficiency of this study was 100%,apparent efficiency was 80%,and the number of injections times was two to five(average:3.4 times).Postoperative complications were few and symptoms were mild.javascript:javascript.Conclusions Personalized multi-point local injection of bleomycin for periorbital vascular malformations is safe and effective,thus can be used as a first-line treatment for periorbital skin vascular malformations.
