摘　　要：信息服务平台是高校图书馆知识产权线上服务的主要载体,其性能直接影响知识产权信息服务的效率和效果。文章在简要回顾知识产权信息服务平台研究的基础上,运用网络调查法对60家高校国家知识产权信息服务中心的线上信息服务平台进行调查,指出当前服务平台存在栏目设置缺乏规范、功能不完善、不重视维护等问题。最后,提出重视规划与管理、清晰定位功能、深化平台内容建设、加强宣传等发展策略,以提升信息服务平台的性能,进而提升高校知识产权信息服务能力。The information service platform is the main carrier of intellectual property online service in university library. Its performance directly affects the efficiency and effect of intellectual property information service. Based on a brief review of the research on intellectual property information service platforms, the article uses the internet investigation method to investigate the online information service platforms of 60 universities’ national intellectual property information service centers. It points out that there are some problems in the current service platform, such as lack of standard column setting, imperfect function and neglect of maintenance. Finally, it puts forward development strategies such as emphasizing planning and management, clearly positioning functions, deepening content construction and strengthening publicity, so as to improve the performance of the information service platform and further enhance the intellectual property information service ability of colleges and universities.
