论贫困女大学生校内外心理帮扶体系的建立与完善

摘  要:在帮助贫困女大学生时,不仅要注重在经济上帮助她们脱贫,更应关注贫困女大学生的心理问题,建立健全心理帮扶工作机制与社会支持体系。笔者通过调查问卷和重点访谈,了解到当前贫困女大学生具有性格倾向分布均匀、交往渠道比较单一、帮扶力量中师生作用发挥较低、幸福指数来源较窄等心理帮扶需求特点,建议从加强宣传工作的针对性、教育队伍建设的方向性、朋辈互助活动的有效性等三方面来建立和完善校内心理帮扶机制,从构建家校协同合作机制、用好网络帮扶阵地、营造公平扶贫氛围等方面来建立和完善社会支持体系。When helping poor female college students, we should not only pay attention to helping them out of poverty economically, but also pay attention to the psychological problems of poor female college students, and establish and perfect psychological support working mechanism and social support system. Through questionnaires and key interviews, it is found that the current poor female college students have the characteristics of psychological help needs, such as even distribution of personality tendencies, single communication channels, low role of teachers and students in helping forces, and narrow sources of happiness index. It is suggested to establish and perfect the psychological support mechanism in school from three aspects: strengthening the pertinence of propaganda work, the directivity of education team construction and the effectiveness of peer mutual aid activities, and to establish and perfect the social support system from the aspects of constructing home-school cooperation mechanism, making good use of network support position and creating a fair atmosphere for poverty alleviation.
