乳腺X线摄影与锥光束乳腺CT对乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:对比乳腺X线机(MG)与锥光束乳腺CT(CBBCT)两种检查方式对乳腺癌诊断方面的价值。方法:回顾随机选取广州华侨医院和中山大学肿瘤防治中心2019年6月—2020年3月期间怀疑乳腺癌的患者,分别进行MG和CBBCT检查。其中66例(共89个病灶)接受MG检查,97例(共113个病灶)接受C B B C T检查。以手术后病理报告或穿刺活检报告为标准,对比这两种检查方式对乳腺癌的准确度、灵敏度和特异度。结果:MG检查诊断乳腺癌的准确度82.02%,灵敏度88.89%,特异度52.94%;CBBCT检查诊断乳腺癌的准确度93.81%,灵敏度98.06%,特异度50%。对比这两种检查方式,准确度和灵敏度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特异度不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:CBBCT检查诊断乳腺癌准确度和灵敏度较为显著,可为临床需提供可靠的诊断信息,值得应用推广。Objective To compare the value of mammography(MG)and cone-beam breast CT(CBBCT)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods The review randomly selected patients suspected of breast cancer from June 2019 to March 2020 in Guangzhou Overseas Chinese Hospital and Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center to undergo MG and CBBCT,respectively.Among them,66 cases(89 lesions)received MG examination and 97 cases(113 lesions)received CBBCT examination.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the two methods for breast cancer were compared with the postoperative pathology report or the needle biopsy report.Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of MG were 82.02%,88.89%and 52.94%.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of CBBCT were 93.81%,98.06%and 50%.There were significant differences in accuracy and sensitivity(P<0.05)and no statistical differences in specificity(P>0.05)between the two methods.Conclusion The accuracy and sensitivity of CBBCT in the diagnosis of breast cancer are significant,which can provide reliable diagnostic information for clinical needs and is worthy of application and promotion.
