摘  要:为改进线性摩擦焊接系统中所设计的顶锻方向液压控制位置和压力转换控制过程,提高顶锻方向位置精度,对其液压控制位置和压力转换控制方式的原理进行研究,明确顶锻方向位置控制和压力控制的特点及其各自应采用的控制器的形式。进一步研究顶锻方向位置控制和压力转换控制策略,提出顶锻位置控制和压力协同控制方法,对控制特性进行试验验证。研究结果对提高主机的生产效率和性能具有理论和实际意义。In order to improve the hydraulic control position and pressure conversion control process of upsetting direction de⁃signed in linear friction welding system and improve the position accuracy of upset direction,the principles of hydraulic control position and pressure conversion control mode were studied,and the characteristics of upsetting direction position control and pressure control and their respective controller forms were clarified.The upsetting direction position control and pressure conversion control strategy were further studied,the upsetting position and pressure collaborative control method was proposed,and the control characteristics were veri⁃fied by experiments.The research result has theoretical and practical significance to improve the production efficiency and performance of the main engine.
