自拟四金排石汤联合金钱胆通颗粒治疗老年慢性结石性胆囊炎40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟四金排石汤联合金钱胆通颗粒治疗老年慢性结石性胆囊炎40例的临床疗效。方法:将80例老年慢性结石性胆囊炎患者随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组给予金钱胆通颗粒治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟四金排石汤治疗,两组均是2周1个疗程,共4个疗程。观察两组治疗前后中医证候评分、治疗后结石排出情况及复发情况。结果:观察组中医证候评分情况优于对照组、观察组结石排出率高于对照组、观察组复发率明显小于对照组,两组各项比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组总有效率为80.00%,观察组总有效率为97.50%,观察组明显高于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟四金排石汤结合金钱胆通颗粒治疗老年慢性结石性胆囊炎临床较好,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sijin Pai Shi Decoction combined with QianChangtong Granule in treating 40 cases of senile chronic calculous cholecystitis.Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Centian Tong Granule,On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Sijin Pai Shi decoction,Both groups were two weeks a course,A total of 4 courses of treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the discharge of stones after treatment and recurrence were observed.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in observation group were better than those in control group,the rate of stone excretion in observation group was higher than that in control group,Differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 80.00%,The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,The observation group was significantly higher than the control group.difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is better to treat senile chronic calculous cholecystitis with self-made Sijin Pai Shi Decoction combined with Qian Chantong Granule,It is worth further popularizing and applying.
