摘  要:本文采用菌丝生长速率法测定12种生物杀菌剂对草莓枯萎病的室内抑菌活性,筛选出防治草莓枯萎病菌的最适杀菌剂类型、配置及浓度。试验结果表明,杀菌剂中枯草芽孢杆菌对草莓枯萎病菌的抑菌活性最强,春雷霉素的抑菌活性最弱。毒力试验结果显示,枯草芽孢杆菌半最大效应浓度(EC50)在0.0000~0.0007mg·mL^(-1)之间,表明镰刀菌对高浓度的杀菌剂很敏感;哈茨木霉EC50在4.7261~10.2719mg·mL^(-1)之间,表明病菌对该药剂敏感性较差。草莓枯萎病菌对这12种生物杀菌剂的敏感性差异较大,不同生物杀菌剂的抑制效果也不同,其中高浓度枯草芽孢杆菌的效果最好,复合型微生物杀菌剂抑菌效果好于单一同浓度的杀菌剂,而抗生素类生物杀菌剂效果最差。The indoor antibacterial activity of 12 kinds of biological fungicides against strawberry Fusarium wilt was determined by mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that:Bacillus subtilis had the strongest antibacterial activity against strawberry Fusarium wilt,while kasugamycin had the weakest antibacterial activity.The results of virulence test showed that the EC50 of Bacillus subtilis ranged from 0.0000mg·mL^(-1) to 0.0007mg·mL^(-1),indicating that Fusarium wilt was very sensitive to high concentration of fungicides.The EC50 of Trichoderma harzianum ranged from 4.7261mg·mL^(-1) to 10.2719mg·mL^(-1),indicating that the pathogen was not sensitive to the toxicity test of Trichoderma harzianum in laboratory.Strawberry blight pathogen of the 12 kinds of biological fungicide sensitivity differences,different biological fungicide inhibition effect is also different,one of the high concentration of Bacillus subtilis biological fungicide effect is best,Bacillus subtilis effect better than single compound microbial fungicides with concentration of fungicide,and antibiotic biological fungicide effect is the worst.
