高质量就业视域下提高应用技能型人才职业稳定性的对策研究--以园林专业为例

摘　　要：结合某高职院校园林专业毕业生调查问卷分析,针对毕业生职业变迁现象突出的特点,分析离职和转行的形成原因,提出提高高职应用技能型人才职业稳定性及工作与专业相关度的对策,包含构建由“知识体系完善、能力培养优先、专业竞赛带动”组成的专业课程体系,形成以专业教师为主导、以专业课程为主战场、以专业实践为引领的“三专”职业生涯规划指引,综合开展专业教育和通识教育等.With the questionnaire analysis of Landscape Architecture graduates in a higher vocational college,this paper analyzes the causes of their ever-increasing resignation and career change.We propose strategies to improve the career stability and work specialty correlation of applied skills talent in vocational schools.Those measures include the improvement of knowledge system,the priority of ability training and the drive of professional competition.The professional curriculum system is composed of professional teachers and courses as the main factors and professional practice as the guide,which forms the career planning of “three specialties”and helps shaping both professional and general education.
