摘  要:完善“岗课赛证”综合育人机制,按照岗位需求设计开发课程,深化“国际货运代理实务”课程教学改革,既是国际货运代理行业发展对高素质技能人才培养的需要,也是推动我国现代职业教育高质量发展的迫切要求。分析货代企业岗位能力需求,结合货代课程与技能竞赛、考证项目现存问题,对“岗课赛证”融合的内涵和路径进行分析,从调整教学目标、重构教学内容、完善数字化资源、优化多元考核评价体系等方面提出课程教学改革的具体措施。To improve the comprehensive education mechanism of“post course competition certificate”,to design and develop courses according to the needs of the post,and to deepen the teaching reform of“International freight forwarding practice”is not only the demand for high-quality skilled personnel training for the development of international freight forwarding industry,but also the requirement for promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education in China.Freight enterprise post ability demand,combining the forwarder curriculum and skills competition,textual research project of existing problem,the connotation of“post class certificate”fusion and path analysis,from the adjustment of teaching goal,the reconstruction of teaching content,perfect the system of the digital resources evaluation,optimization of multiple aspects of curriculum teaching reform of concrete measures are put forward.
