摘　　要：我国在迈向制造强国的进程中,对技能型人才的需求越来越大,与此同时,我国大学生普遍表现为实践能力弱,创新能力不足。这种矛盾的存在导致我国高校教学改革迫在眉睫。对于高校而言,思想政治教育是不可或缺的内容,培养学生的工匠精神也是非常重要的环节。高校思想政治教师要想将工匠精神融入思想政治理论教学,就需要对思想政治课堂教学进行适当的创新,将课堂与社会实践相融合,逐渐培养学生的匠心精神,为高校学生的就业打下坚实基础。选用具有开拓精神和奉献精神的下乡知识青年为切入对象,主要针对当下我国高校思想政治教育的现状,分析了工匠精神及融入我国思想政治教育理论课堂的必要性和实践方法,希望能够有效提升我国高校学生实践技能,以此保证高校学生能够成为国家发展的栋梁。In the process of China’s manufacturing power,China’s social demand for skilled personnel is increasing,at the same time,China’s college students are generally shown as weak practical ability,lack of innovation ability.The existence of this contradiction leads to the urgent teaching reform in our country’s colleges and universities.For colleges and universities,ideological and political education is an indispensable content,and cultivating students’craftsman spirit is also a very important link.If the ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities want to integrate the craftsman spirit into the ideological and political theory teaching,they need to make appropriate innovations in the ideological and political classroom teaching,integrate the classroom with social practice,gradually cultivate the ingenuity of students,and lay a solid foundation for the employment of college students.In this paper,in view of the situation of the present ideological and political education in colleges and universities,analyzes the spirit,to our country the necessity of the ideological and political education theory class and practice method,hope that this research can effectively improve spirit of students in colleges and universities to promote university students’practical skills of ascension,to ensure that students can better employment.
