摘  要:教师教学学术发展力是指教师个体利用内外部环境来提高自我发展的能力.构建教师教学学术发展力的评价体系模型,能够促进教师专业发展及深化理论研究.本文采用概率语言多属性群体决策的数学模型,对某大学理学院数位教师的教学学术发展力所涉及的各个指标进行评价研究.在基于离差化思想基础之上,结合TOPSIS和ELECTRE思想获得各个教师教学学术发展力排名,为高校教学投入激励机制及考核制度提供了决策方法和理论依据.The teaching academic development ability of teachers refers to the ability of individual teachers to use internal and external environment to improve their self-development.Constructing the evaluation system model of teachers’teaching academic development ability can promote teachers’professional development and deepen the theoretical research.In this paper,a mathematical model of multi-attribute group decision making in probabilistic language is used to evaluate and study the indicators involved in the teaching academic development of digital teachers in a college of science.On the basis of the idea of alienation,TOPSIS and ELECTRE are combined to obtain the ranking of teaching academic development ability of teachers,which provides decision-making methods and theoretical basis for the incentive mechanism and assessment system of teaching investment in colleges and universities.
