摘　　要：目的探究参芪扶正注射液联合粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)治疗急性白血病后白细胞减少症的效果及对氧化应激指标、生活质量的影响。方法择取2017年1月至2021年3月我院收治的80例急性白血病后白细胞减少症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组(40例,G-CSF治疗)和观察组(40例,参芪扶正注射液+G-CSF治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果、氧化应激指标及生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MDA水平低于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合G-CSF治疗急性白血病后白细胞减少症的效果显著,不仅能调节氧化应激指标,还能提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)on leukopenia after acute leukemia and its influences on oxidative stress index and quality of life.Methods A total of 80 patients with leukopenia after acute leukemia admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(40 cases,G-CSF treatment)and observation group(40 cases,Shenqi Fuzheng injection+G-CSF treatment)according to the treatment plan.The therapeutic effect,oxidative stress index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with G-CSF has a significant effect on leukopenia after acute leukemia,it can not only regulate the indicators of oxidative stress,but also improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
