摘　　要：阐述ESD和ESD防护技术的特点,出现静电会带来的危害,针对不同的危害方式,提供对应的优化方案和合适的技术,从而降低集成电路器件应用中的静电现象。This paper expounds the characteristics of ESD and ESD protection technology, the hazards caused by static electricity, and provides corresponding optimization schemes and appropriate technologies for different hazard modes, so as to reduce the static electricity in the application of integrated circuit devices.
