摘　　要：阐述安全稳控装置结构模式,装置的数据建模,管理服务的权限,通信规约转换,从而保证电网设备模型在相应的电网系统中平稳运行。This paper expounds the structural mode of the safety and stability control device, the data modeling of the device, the authority of management service and the conversion of communication protocol, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the power grid equipment model in the corresponding power grid system.
