摘　　要：阐述抽水蓄能电站的建设原则,运营模式,包括租赁模式、两部制电价模式、单一电量电价模式、电网统一经营模式、抽水蓄能电站价值的认定。This paper expounds the construction principle and operation mode of pumped storage power station, including lease mode, two-part electricity price mode, single electricity price mode, unified operation mode of power grid and determination of the value of pumped storage power station.
