摘　　要：基于案例分析,阐述信息化技术在全面预算管理中的应用,全面预算管理的特点,存在的问题,优化策略,包括预算编制的方法与编制的流程、预算执行分析与跟踪监管机制、绩效考核评价。Based on case analysis,this paper expounds the application of information technology in comprehensive budget management,the characteristics of comprehensive budget management,existing problems and optimization strategies,including budget preparation method and preparation process,budget execution analysis and tracking supervision mechanism,performance appraisal and evaluation.
