摘　　要：通过研究目前职业院校传统教育体系存在的问题并分析学生综合素质的提升思路,指出导师制渗透对职业院校学生综合素质提升的实现途径。Based on the study of current problems in the traditional education system of vocational colleges and the analysis on methods to improve students'comprehensive quality,this paper points out the ways to adopt a tutorial system in an in-depth manner to enhance students'well-ro unded quality.
