摘 要:根据机车实际运用工况和设计经验从机车限界、轮齿强度、齿面抗磨损、传动平稳性、抗胶合能力等角度,研究了机车牵引齿轮齿数、模数、压力角、变位系数等参数的边界条件和设计方法.为了快速、准确地制定机车牵引齿轮的设计方案,根据机械优化设计方法建立目标函数与约束条件,利用Visual Basic编制了机车牵引齿轮方案设计系统,通过实例计算验证了方案设计系统的正确可行性.Aiming at the determination of the design scheme of traction gear efficiently and accurately and based on the practical operating conditions and existing experience in traction gear design,the definition and design methods of parameters such as the number of teeth,modulus,pressure angle and displacement coefficient of locomotive traction gear are studied by means of locomotive gauge,gear tooth strength,tooth surface abrasion,traction stability and scuffing load capability etc..The objective function and constraint condition are established according to the principle of genetic algorithm,while the automatic scheme design system of locomotive traction gear is compiled with Visual Basic.The practicability of scheme design of locomotive traction gear is tested and verified by the practical calculation.
