浅圆仓书虱类的有效杀灭及预防方法研究

摘　　要：目的:为解决浅圆仓内书虱复发问题,本文结合仓内实际情况,在一定温湿度条件下的相对密闭空间中,用不同浓度和不同用量的化学试剂(凯安保和甲基嘧啶磷)对书虱进行处理,观察不同组合下书虱的死亡状况,探讨其复发原因。方法:经Excel处理数据,Origin作图,分析得出书虱杀灭效果最佳组合,为仓内书虱灭杀和解决书虱复发问题提供参考和建议。结果:相较于凯安保,书虱对甲基嘧啶磷的抗药性较小,因此甲基嘧啶磷杀灭书虱的效果较好。结论:目前仓内两种试剂的用量对书虱的杀灭效果并不理想,书虱的死亡率约为70%,根据试验结果,用量提高2倍,浓度加大1倍时,预计书虱死亡率可达到90%左右。Objective: In order to solve the problem of book lice recurrence in shallow round silos, this paper combines the actual situation in the silo, and treats the book lice with different concentrations and dosages of chemical reagents(Kairomulphan and Pyrimethoprim-methyl) in a relatively confined space under certain temperature and humidity conditions, and observes the death of book lice under different combinations to explore whether the book lice recurrence is due to drug resistance or reagent concentration and dosage problems. Methods: The data were processed by Excel and plotted by Origin to analyze the best combination of book lice killing effect and to provide reference and suggestion for book lice killing and solving the problem of book lice recurrence in the warehouse. Results: the book lice were less resistant to Pirimiphos-methyl compared to Kairomulphan and the effect of Pirimiphos-methyl in killing book lice was better.Conclusion: The current dosage of the two reagents in the warehouse is not ideal for killing book lice, and the mortality rate of book lice is about 70%, and according to the experimental results, the mortality rate of book lice is expected to reach about 90% when the dosage is increased by 2 times and the concentration is increased by 1 time.
